I learnt 3 words that sound the same, but have a different meaning to it.
First I learnt homophone, homonym, and homographs. Homophone is each of two or more words having the same pronunciation but different spelling to it. Homonym is each of two or more words having the same spelling and pronunciation but different meanings. Homographs are each of 2 or more words spelled the same but not pronounced the same and having different meanings.
Next I chose a misused word. I chose hair, hair, and hair. I wrote a sentence for each of them. For example: here come here, hare, that is a cute hare, hair, that person has long hair, hear, I can hear you.
I enjoyed this task because I learnt what homophone, homonym and homographs are. I need to improve on writing better sentences. I did well on choosing the words.
